Dear Magda, Thank You, for this article and video! Just this very morning as I awoke I was attempting to organize my thoughts and create a plan to be more productive, inspired by the little things in life and motivated… :) however I never got around to it because my to do list took over my day. What a breathe of fresh air, I know these techniques will inspire and motivate, in turn I will be more productive! I can barely wait for tomorrow to begin! Your Friend, April

Few things that i could add to your tip on timeline management is to make a to do list (i think you phrased it as intention)

A good way to be productive is to make a specific to do list, when i say specific it has to be an actionable piece of work which will help you progress.

as a rule of thumb its better to attack the big items on that list first rather than the small ones so that we can achieve a feeling of progress.

Also any thing requiring less than 2 minutes of your time should be acted upon next and completed as soon as possible.

I liked the rest of the content, perhaps it will be good if you have the video sectioned say a blank screen with simple text like ‘exercise’ or ‘food’ etc that you could put in the middle of the videos to give the viewers a good opportunity to take away a lot more from this video.

thanks a lot for creating this content and please keep doing it, love your website totally.
