What are the 2 most important habits to keep daily for a productive and fulfilling life?

In my career I’ve had situations when i got so flooded with work, I had no time for anything else. I’d eat crackers and instant soups for a week, because I didn’t even have time to go grocery shopping. No time for working out, any of my hobbies, or even sleep.
My body reacted a few days after this routine. I still remember sitting in front of my computer and.. not seeing the screen. I saw some lights and patches but i could not make out anything from there.
My eyes refused to work. My body refused to work.

That was the moment when I decided never ever to let my life go so off-balance.

Work is important, but if you don’t make time for yourself, you won’t be able to deliver that much. After all, how could I work if i can’t even see?

Since then I developed my own daily routine to keep my body, mind and soul always charged.

In today’s video I’m sharing with you the 2 most important things from my routine.
